Feature phones are great fun for young talkers. These mini-computers are a perfect fit for small hands, have lots of numbers and letters, and get juniors talking!This free module will give you lots of ideas for using them in your classroom!
We've developed a course to guide ākonga through:
- coding, drawing, and recording in Scratch,
- effective online research,
- how to sourcing images/video/audio with creative commons licences,
- designing & animating their own waka (traditional Māori canoe),
- and of course, learning all about the importance of waka in Te Ao Māori and Pasifika cultures.
